Purpose of this site

This website exists to describe the mission and programs of Robins Garden Foundation, to accept nominations, and to receive gifts. It is not a substitute for professional advice or emergency services.

Not a crisis service

Robins Garden Foundation does not provide emergency care, crisis intervention, or clinical treatment. If you or someone you love is in immediate danger, please call or text 988 in the United States, dial 911, or contact your local emergency number.

Nominations and programs

Submitting a nomination does not guarantee assistance. Selection depends on available funding, program capacity, and the consent of the person being nominated. Participation in any program is voluntary.

You agree to share only information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and appropriate for a first outreach. Please do not include diagnoses, medical records, Social Security numbers, banking information, or other highly sensitive data.

Donations

Gifts are used to fund the programs of Robins Garden Foundation and its operating costs. We commit to using gifts responsibly and in alignment with our mission. Tax deductibility of any gift is described on the Give page and will only be represented as such once our nonprofit tax status is confirmed.

Intellectual property

All text, logos, imagery, and design elements on this site are the property of Robins Garden Foundation or used with permission. You may not reproduce them without written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

Third-party names

References to third-party destinations or organizations are examples of intended experiences only. Robins Garden Foundation is not affiliated with or endorsed by Disneyland Resort, Universal Studios, or their parent companies, unless explicitly stated.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
